Our role goes far beyond simple coordination — we lead the process, directing our specialist team to ensure every stage of the build programme is executed efficiently and without disruption. We oversee delivery to guarantee the project stays on schedule, remains within budget, and achieves the required standards of quality and compliance.

From initial groundworks through to final handover, we provide rigorous project oversight, working closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to maintain momentum and resolve potential issues before they impact progress.

Our commitment to precision, accountability, and high standards enables us to deliver developments that consistently exceed the expectations of investors, funders, and eventual owners. PRACTICAL COMPLETION

Practical Completion represents a key milestone in the development process — the point at which the building has been constructed in line with the contractual requirements and is ready to be handed over to the Fund or End User. It confirms that G76 Global has delivered on its obligations, enabling the new owner to occupy, operate, or lease the asset.

At this stage, the Main Contractor formally hands the building over, and we manage the transition to the Fund/End User, including the transfer of all documentation, warranties, certification, and keys. The priority is to ensure that the asset is delivered on schedule, within the agreed budget, and to the specified standard of quality and compliance.

Modern Interior Design

POST PRACTICAL COMPLETION

Following Practical Completion, a formal Defects Liability Period begins — typically lasting 12 to 24 months — during which the completed building remains under continued quality assurance.

Throughout this phase, G76 Global, together with the Tier 1 Main Contractor, remains actively involved to resolve any defects or performance issues that may surface. Any remedial works required are carried out by the Main Contractor at no additional cost to the Fund or End User, ensuring full protection of the asset.

This period reinforces G76 Global’s ongoing commitment to quality and accountability, providing the Fund/End User with confidence that their investment is safeguarded and that we continue to stand behind the standard of workmanship long after handover.
